01 Profile intake

Fit testing

Notice what a flat measurement cannot: where a swim sample supports, shifts, pinches, or loses confidence in motion.

  • Test comfort, support, coverage, and movement.
  • Share usual swim sizing and relevant fit context.
  • Join only when sample size, location, and schedule align.
  • Fit testing never grants public image use.

02 Staff intake

Staff + studio support

Help a young fashion house run well across fittings, events, content, service, and the day-to-day details behind them.

  • Keep sessions and small projects organized.
  • Bring clear communication, follow-through, and care for private work.
  • Scope, timing, and work terms are agreed before commitment.
  • Payroll, banking, tax, and date-of-birth details are never collected here.

Needs change by sample and phase. When there is a fit, we name the work, timing, privacy boundaries, and next decision.

    We compare availability, location, relevant experience, and—for fit testing—current sample needs.

Your profile is not blanket permission.

Your application helps us assess one opportunity. Fit details and optional media stay private, and any later photography, session, or work agreement requires its own consent.

Is fit testing the same as public modeling?

No. Fit testing is private product feedback. Any session photography is governed separately and never grants public use.

Do I need fashion experience?

Not for every path. Clear communication, reliability, useful observations, and comfort with the work can matter as much as a fashion résumé.

When will I hear back?

There is no automatic placement timeline. Salt & Silk reaches out when a profile matches a current sample, schedule, location, or role need.
