These terms govern use of the Salt & Silk Group website. By visiting the site, you agree to use it respectfully and only for lawful purposes.

Website Content

All copy, imagery, brand names, marks, design direction, and visual presentation on this site belong to Salt & Silk Group or are used for brand-development purposes. Do not copy, reproduce, or republish site content without permission.

Development Stage

Salt & Silk Group is in an early development stage. References to future collections, products, partnerships, or launch plans are subject to change.

Waitlist and Communications

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, launch timing, pricing, or access. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

Applications and Fit Testing

Submitting an application for fit testing, events, content, or employment does not create an employment, contractor, creator, ambassador, or model relationship with Salt & Silk Group. Applications are reviewed privately, and Salt & Silk Group may choose whether to contact, interview, invite, or decline any applicant based on role-related needs.

Fit-profile, sizing, social, resume, portfolio, or media information you choose to submit should be accurate and should belong to you. Social, portfolio, photo, and media links are optional on the application form. Additional written releases, eligibility checks, or agreements may be required before fittings, photoshoots, public content, events, paid work, or employment move forward.

Accounts, Purchases, and Access

Salt & Silk defaults to account creation before checkout so initiation status, order history, receipts, return updates, and future access can be attached to the correct customer. Guest checkout may still be offered for some orders. You are responsible for using an email address you can access for sign-in, receipts, and support. If you use guest checkout, Salt & Silk may require verification before recovering or linking that order to an account later. Product access rules, prices, release timing, and availability may change before or between launches.

Shipping Scope and Processing

Unless Salt & Silk Group states otherwise on the site or at checkout, launch checkout is intended for shipping addresses in the United States. Published processing windows are targets rather than guarantees and may be affected by preorder timing, carrier conditions, holidays, launches, inventory review, fraud checks, or delays outside our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Unless a different policy is posted on the relevant product or checkout page, return requests should be started within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items should be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with hygienic liners, tags, and any included packaging still intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Salt & Silk states otherwise for a specific issue. For launch operations, post-shipment exchanges are not offered, and approved returns are handled as refunds rather than replacements.

Refunds and Cancellations

You may request order cancellation before Salt & Silk marks the order as shipped. Once an order is marked shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or Salt & Silk Group made an order error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, contact support@saltandsilkgroup.com within seven days of delivery with the order email and clear photos when possible. We will review the issue and decide on a replacement, refund, or other support step.

Support Timing

Customer support currently operates by email through support@saltandsilkgroup.com. Salt & Silk Group aims to reply within two business days, but response times are estimates only and may be longer during launches, holidays, high-volume periods, or early-stage operational changes.

Creator, Vendor, and Partnership Arrangements

Creator collaborations, gifted placements, affiliate arrangements, photoshoots, events, vendor work, and other partnership activity may require separate written agreements, release forms, disclosure obligations, or production approvals. Nothing on this site creates an official ambassador, creator, vendor, or partner relationship without direct written confirmation from Salt & Silk Group.

Site Information and Product Development

The site may include development-stage information about fit direction, imagery plans, launch sequencing, pricing direction, or future products. Those materials are informational and may change before samples, policies, pricing, or production details are finalized.

Third-Party Services

The site may use hosting, analytics, email, authentication, payment, or form providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
